Elements of Inspection
When our inspectors test a component and it operates properly, it is noted as “serviceable”. If our home inspector cannot see something, nor test it, we will not report on it. Be sure to thoroughly review the seller’s disclosure statement regarding any known conditions that are important for potential buyers to be aware of.
We highly recommend that you attend the home inspection and accompany the inspector throughout the process. By attending the inspection, you can see much of what the inspector sees at the inspection and how we go about testing and reporting on various conditions and components.
